GENERAL HOTEL REGULATIONS
- Check-In/Out: A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required at check-in. Standard check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00.
- 100% Halal Environment: Al Meroz is a strictly Halal-certified hotel. The possession or consumption of alcohol and pork products is strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking Policy: Al Meroz is a smoke-free hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas and guest rooms. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
- Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room is strictly enforced. Extra guests are subject to additional charges and availability.
- Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
- Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for the loss of money or valuables. Please utilize the in-room electronic safe. Hotel Regulations
SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS (16TH FLOOR)
- Operating Hours: The pool is open daily from [07:00 – 22:00].
- Lady Service 7.00 - 10.00
- Family Service 10.00 - 22.00
- Swimwear: In accordance with our values, modest swimwear is mandatory. Ladies must wear full-coverage swimwear or burkinis; gentlemen must wear modest swim trunks.
- Supervision: Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
- Safety: No diving, running, or rough play is permitted in the pool area.
- Health & Hygiene: Guests must shower before entering the pool. Persons with infectious diseases or open wounds are not permitted to use the facility.
